2D Gel Image Capture
There are a several important considerations that should be made when capturing a 2D gel image. Such as bit depth, image size and dynamic range. Inadequate resolution in any of these will compromise quantitative results when using any image analysis software, and may also and cause sub-optimal feature detection.
